ROCK Farmers Market: Real Food for Healthy Families

ROCK is a collective of farmers and growers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area that provides clean, wholesome food for the community. We believe that through 'real food education' and eating locally, we can reshape the outlook of our food future.

Does Eating Local Really Matter?

Over the past decade we have heard a lot about the sustainability movement, but what is so important about this kind of eating lifestyle? Having a resource for clean food for our own family made us realize how essential it is for those in our surrounding communities to also have access to good, clean food. This awakening was what eventually led us to take on ROCK, as well as wanting to support other families in our community.
