Is there a membership fee to join ROCK Farmers Market Buyers Club?

No. There is no fee required to become a Member of the Buyers Club. If you desire to become a VIP Member, there is a $50 annual membership fee. VIP Members receive exclusive benefits listed below.

What exclusive benefits will I receive if I become a VIP Member of ROCK Farmers Market Buyers Club?

1. VIP Members receive an exclusive list of items not available to Non-VIP Members.
2. VIP Members receive a discount up to 40% off products.

Members will be required to login into the website with a password created by the Member. Once Member has logged into the website, the Member will have access to the exclusive benefits.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, you first must register as a member of the Buyers Club here. Once you are registered, you want to ensure you are logged in to your account and then you will go to our store to select your items. Afterwards, click "my cart" or the basket icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen. This will take you to checkout. You will receive an itemized list emailed to your after you place your order.

When and where do I pick up my order?

There are pickup locations throughout DFW. Pickups take place on Fridays and Saturdays following the close of the order form. Exact day and time will vary depending on pickup location. To see full list of pickup locations, click here. As many of the pickup sites are homes of our Hosts, we do not list the exact address. If you need the address before placing an order, please contact us.


Can I change my order?

Once you submit your order, typically it cannot be changed. Please contact us if any issues arise.

If an order cannot be remedied, Members can place a second order.

What do I need to bring with me when I pick up my order request?

It may be helpful to bring your own bags, boxes, or method to carry the items you have requested. It is also a good idea to bring a copy of your order to insure you have received the items requested.

ROCK Farmers Market Club kindly request that all Members and VIP Members return any glass jars, egg cartons, and bags that have been provided.

What happens if I cannot pick up my order request?

Members and VIP Members --- MUST --- find someone to pick up the order request in the event you cannot make it to the pick up site.

The Host at the pick up site is not responsible for holding your items past the required pick up time. FAILURE to pick up your order request on time will result in your items being donated to a family in need.

ROCK Farmers Market Buyers Club understands those emergencies do arise. In case of an emergency event when a Member or VIP Member cannot make it to the pick up location in the designated time, please contact us.

What do I do if I am missing an item?

Members of ROCK Farmers Market Buyers Club, tries its very best to fulfill all the order requests submitted. When dealing with farm fresh foods, we have to remember that our foods are subject to the weather and other variables, often out of our control. This is a good thing because it guarantees that you are eating the best quality foods-- not some standardized food out of a factory! Also, Members who help with fulfilling orders may on occasion miss something. As fellow Members we try and understand that mistakes do happen and that we are all humans with good intentions. ROCK Farmers Market Buyers Club makes every effort to minimize how often mistakes happen.

In the event an item is missing from the order, you are responsible for reviewing your order with the Member Host before you leave the pick up location. The Member and the Member Host will both make a notation if a particular item is missing and a refund will be issued within a week of the pick up day.

Please be aware that if you sign off that you received all items from your order, you waive any and all rights in disputing your order. Your signature is an acknowledgement that you reviewed your order and have received all items.
