Key Lime Cocoa (Brazil Amizade)

Roast - Medium to Dark

Flavor - Strong body, medium acidity, dark chocolate, with a key lime finish.

Origin - Brazil, Amizade

Altitude - 1000

Processing Method - Pulped Natural

How we enjoy it - Good early morning drip or pour over. The smooth milk chocolate flavor makes it a favorite here. As with most of our roasts we try to achieve a medium roast making it great for espresso drinks too.

Floral Complex Milk Chocolate (Ethiopian)

Roast - Medium

Flavor - Medium body, hints of milk chocolate with a floral and minty/vanilla finish.

Origin - Ehtiopia, Beriti, Yirgacheffe

Variety - Various heirloom Ethiopian varieties

Altitude - 2000–2350

Procesing Method - Natural Process and Dried on Raised Beds

How we enjoy it - We love this is as a straight up pour over using the V60. Good for making cold brews as well.

Flavor - Green apple, sugarcane undertones, with a rich honey finish

Origin - Honduras, Marcala

Farm - 18 Rabbit Farms

Variety - Red/ Yellow Catuai

Processing Method - Honey Processed

How we enjoy it - Excellent for French press or for pour overs. The sweet honey end notes make for a very pleasurable cup of coffee and makes you reach for more.

Flavor - Medium body, strong acidity, bright fruity flavor with a sweet vanilla finish

Origin - Costa Rica, Tarrazu

Farm - La Esperanza

Variety - Caturra, Catuai

Altitude - 1450–1750 

Procesing Method - Fully Washed

How we enjoy it - Works well as a regular drip but also excellent as an espresso. The bright flavors really stand out in the espresso shot

How we enjoy it - Very versatile bean. We use it equally for espressos and for regular drips. A medium roast brings out the clean flavors.
